Voting has often been described as one of the greatest privileges and duties of citizenship. Yet, apathy often takes center stage in an election as too many people who are eligible to vote do not take the time to register, and a significant portion of registered voters do not bother to cast a ballot.

Recent history has clearly demonstrated that every vote counts. The 2000 Presidential election came down to just a few hundred votes. Other state and local elections have ended in closer results, one even being decided by a coin toss.

Do you want your next city councilor to be decided by a coin toss? Do you want your next city councilor decided by someone else?

Decisions are made by those who show up. Be sure to register. Be sure to vote.

How Do I Register to Vote?

Complete information about registering to vote, forms and instructions are available in the Massachusetts Elections Division Website

Where Do I Vote?

You can find where to cast your ballot in the City of Cambridge Elections Commission Website.
